Claremont House was originally built as a lodge to Fieldside Manor. The house is an attractive white building set in about one acre of mature grounds and gardens where red squirrels visit on a daily basis. Every effort is made to help you enjoy your stay, we have lots of advice on what to see and do while you are here in the heart of the Lake District, the most beautiful corner of England. |

Various cereals e.g.: fruit and fibre, cornflakes, rice crispies, weetabix and muesli Fruit e.g.: grapefruit, prunes, mandarins, melon, strawberries and kiwi Brown and white bread for toasting and croissants Various jams and marmalades Various yoghurts Ham and cheese |

English breakfast cooked to order, local produce used where possible -
Bacon, Cumberland sausage, fried or scramled egg, black pudding, mushrooms, baked beans, tomato and fried potato. |

Those guests wishing for vegetarian or vegan food will find that
all their tastes are catered for at Claremont House. |

Drying facilities are available should the weather be unkind. There is a private car park and secure storage for bikes. |
